The automatic baking machine is used for rolling sugar cones.it offer cones to the next process to be filled with ice cream. First it dispenses batter on the baking plates to prepare the wafer for shaping,then rolls then up,keep them in shape unload them finally.It is the main device of the production line. Brief introduction of the product
1). FUNCTION: Make ice cream cone/wafer cup by heating and puffing special flour paste
2). USAGE: To contain ice cream, ice porridge and so on
3). FEATURES:
1.Baking time: Around 90 seconds. The bell rings when the cones are done.
2.Moulds: Various shapes or sizes, like cone, torch shape, ox horn shape, flat base cup, two-flavor shape etc. Or by customer made. The moulds are exchangeable, so with different moulds, one machine could make different ice cream cones.
